Tenancy Support
Winnam Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation where possible, aim to provide appropriate referrals and supports that assist tenants to maintain their tenancies.
Housing Programs
Winnam Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation cater for a variety of housing needs by managing three (3) separate housing programs. All questions about the programs can be directed to the Housing officer by phone (07 3396 3431) or by emailing housing@winnam.org.
Commercial Leases
Winnam Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Corporation own and manage six commercial properties at 124 Florence Street, Wynnum. Four (4) of these properties are leased as Commercial Tenancies, providing valuable income to assist with Winnam Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Corporation not for profit objectives.
Aged Care and Disability Services
The Georgina Davidson Margaret Thompson Hostel (GMDTHD) is a unique service which enables the transition for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elderly/disable and or in need of accommodation to reside in a culturally supportive place.
